Huge Farewell Show Concert! Thursday May 19th, 2011 @ BB’s Jazz, Blues & Soups (700 S. Broadway, Downtown St. Louis) from 7pm-2am. Richie will be professionally recording the show live so this is one you don’t want to miss! Come down and help support Richie and wish him luck out on the West Coast! A note from Richie:
Hello Friends!
As some of you may or may not know, I will not be in St. Louis for much longer. I will be leaving town in June to pursue my music career out on the West Coast. But before I go, I am putting on a show at BB’s Jazz, Blues, and Soups to say farewell at one of the city’s finest venues. On Thursday, May 19th I will be performing my better known “one-man band” looping act from 7pm-9:30pm followed by “The Richie Kihlken Band” (featuring Christopher Mcbride on saxophone as well as other special guests) from 10pm-2am.
For those of you who have supported me throughout my early years in and around St. Louis, I truly thank you. I have had tons of fun playing music for you all and I look forward to seeing everyone at BB’s. This event is being properly filmed and recorded, so I NEED YOU GUYS TO BE THERE to energize my inner “groove” batteries and help distract me from the cameras and what not!
